Pickup Policy

  1. Pickup Location:

    • All orders are available for pickup at Athletica Training PTY LTD during our operating hours.

      • Monday to Thursday
      •  5:00 AM - 7:00 AM
      •  9:30 AM - 10:30 AM
      •  4:30 PM - 6:30 PM
      • Friday
      •  5:00 AM - 7:00 AM
      •  9:30 AM - 10:30 AM
      •  4:30 PM - 5:30 PM
      • Saturday:
      •  6:30 AM - 7:30 AM
      • Sunday: Closed

  3. Order Processing Time:

    • Once you place an order, please allow up to 24 hours for processing. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pickup.
    • If you place an order outside of our operating hours, it will be processed on the next business day.

  4. Pickup Instructions:

    • When your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with pickup instructions.
    • Please bring a copy of your order confirmation email and a valid ID to verify your identity when picking up your order.
    • If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, please provide their name in the order notes and ensure they bring a valid ID and a copy of the order confirmation email.

  5. Order Hold Period:

    • We will hold your order for 7 days from the date it is ready for pickup. If you do not pick up your order within this period, it will be canceled, and a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
